Fat burners only work if you are eating in a caloric deficit and exercising… which would cause you to lose weight anyways…. Thinking you can take a fat burner and eat whatever you want to lose weight simply won’t work. Focus on choosing healthy foods, eating in a caloric deficit and exercising regularly if you are trying to lose weight! 

Green tea is a natural fat burner. If you’re looking for a recommendation from me for fat burning supplements… I would recommend drinking more green tea or taking green tea extract =)
